1. Personalized & Custom Goods

At L’Aurice, every piece is handcrafted and personalized specifically to your requirements. In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive and international e-commerce regulations, the standard right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized items.

Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any personalized card holders once production has commenced, unless the product is defective.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

Quality and craftsmanship are our signatures. If your order arrives damaged or with a personalization error made by our team, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requirement: Please include clear photographs of the defect and the packaging.

If the error is ours, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs, at no additional expense to you.

3. Non-Personalized Items

For any items purchased without custom initials, you have the right to return the product within 30 days of receipt.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Return shipping costs for non-personalized items are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Accuracy of Information

Please double-check your initials (Gold/Silver foil), color selection, and shipping address before finalizing your purchase. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that modifications can be made.

5. Refunds

Once your return (for non-personalized items) or claim (for defective items) is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
