At L’Aurice, we believe that true elegance cannot be rushed. Every card holder is handcrafted and personalized to your specific requirements. Because each piece is custom-made, it requires a dedicated production process to ensure the highest level of quality and detail.

2. Processing & Production Time

  • Standard Production: Most orders are handcrafted and dispatched within 3 to 6 business days.

  • Personalization Phase: During high-demand periods or special collections, please allow for this window to ensure your initials are perfectly embossed.

3. Delivery Times

Once your bespoke item leaves our atelier, the delivery time depends on your location.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: While most orders arrive in 6 to 7 business days, please allow a maximum of 12 business days for your order to be delivered.

  • We appreciate your patience and understanding. Choosing a custom-made product means choosing a piece that is uniquely yours, and we promise it is worth the wait.

4. Shipping Rates & Tracking

  • The Netherlands: Delivered via tracked mailbox parcel (PostNL/DHL).

  • Europe & Worldwide: International tracked shipping is available for our global clientele.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Track & Trace number so you can follow your L’Aurice parcel to your doorstep.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders outside the European Union, please note that the recipient is responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes that may apply. L’Aurice is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. As we work with personalized goods, redirected shipments can cause significant delays. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us at the designed page within 2 hours of placing your order.
